Quick Update on Accommodation

Hi Parents,

We have received all your requests for rooms for at Quest Maitland.

Unfortunately, the total is ok, but the mix of rooms is not quite right.

Quest have:

19 Single rooms (sleeps 2) and 5 Double rooms (sleeps 4)

Our Families have requested:

15 Single rooms and 7 Doubles

That means that in total they can accommodate us - but the mix is out and therefore the pricing. As a group it will cost an extra $360 to accommodate.

Chanel and I are working through how to make that work... and will be in contact in the next 24 hours.

BTW... I met with the President of Maitland Rugby yesterday. They are really excited about hosting the tournament and confirmed that Quest is the best option for Maitland and that we were lucky to secure it (phew).
